Twine Help Website
RHET 5307: Software Documentation
Dr. Karen Kuralt
One of my favorite things about this program is that it's given me the opportunity to learn about different types of technology and figure out how I can use them to create and share information. Twine is an interactive narrative tool that I've had the opportunity to use a few times in the graduate program, and I decided to use it again as the topic for my Software Documentation course help website.
The help website has a main page, table of contents, and a list of different topics that the user can access. I divided my topics into sections that I felt would make sense to a new or returning Twine user:
Getting Started
Working with Links and Text
Working with Images
Macros and Functions
Sound and Video
Each topic has a mix of simple and intermediate instructions that teach users how to not only create their own Twine stories, but will give them a solid starting point if they want to continue using Twine in the future.
